Refund and Returns Policy

Processing and Handling:

Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to process for shipment.

Return Policy:

All sales are final; no cancellations. ALL products are not eligible for return or reimbursement. We accept returns for exchange for items damaged in transit only OR if an incorrect item was received.

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, an email must be sent to Furgiven Animal Sanctuary/Furgiven MERCH within three days of your package being marked as delivered to admin@furgiven.org informing us of the damage and/or incorrect item received. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, you will be able to request other item(s) equal to original item price.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Furgiven Animal Sanctuary/Furgiven MERCH is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Furgiven Animal Sanctuary/Furgiven MERCH will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RESEND ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED.
